Refund Policy

The following Refund Policy applies to all paid subscription services provided by Solution X. All subscriptions are bound by the Terms of Use.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Subscription Fees will not be refunded if the subscription has been canceled due to a violation of this Terms of Use Agreement.

Monthly Renewing Subscriptions
Monthly Renewing Subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel your monthly renewing subscription at any time during the month. To cancel your site, click on the “support” button found in the footer of each page of the site and email us your request or call (801) 655-0773 to speak with a Technical Support Representative. If you choose to cancel, your subscription will expire immediately upon request. Any amounts paid prior to your cancellation will not be refunded.

Annual Renewing Subscriptions

Annual renewing subscriptions, if available, may be cancelled within thirty (30) days of initial sign up or renewal date and the amount paid to Solution X for this subscription will be refunded in full. Solution X will terminate the subscription at the time of refund.

Annual renewing subscriptions may not be cancelled more than thirty (30) days after initial sign up, or more than thirty (30) days after the renewal date for the subscription. Solution X will not provide refunds under these circumstances.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you purchase a website subscription provided by Solution X, understand that the service is provided on a continuous service basis. This means that once you have purchased a subscription, your subscription will be automatically renewed and your credit card will be charged based on the subscription program (monthly or annual) you have chosen. Credit card charges will be processed within 24 hours after the free trial period, if any, and every thirty (30) days or twelve (12) months after your sign up date, based on the subscription program (monthly or annual) you have chosen.

In the case of nonpayment or the inability of Solution X to successfully process agreed payments due to incorrect credit card information, you will be notified by e-mail 15 days before your subscription will be disabled. You will be asked to correct any billing information which has changed and given the opportunity to restore your subscription before the site is automatically disabled.
